Environmental Sustainability Training for Employees | Our Home
This course takes you on an introductory journey through the key environmental challenges shaping our planet today, and why they matter.
Over the lessons, you’ll build a clear, accessible understanding of issues such as global warming, biodiversity loss, ocean acidification, pollution, waste, and deforestation. The focus is on awareness and perspective, helping you see how these challenges connect, and how human actions influence the systems we all depend on.
By the end of the course, you will understand:
Why these environmental challenges matter
How individual choices make a difference
How individuals in organisations can support sustainability through everyday practices and culture
You’ll explore practical actions individuals can take, be introduced to circular thinking, and reflect on realistic ways awareness can translate into more sustainable decisions over time.
This course is designed as an introduction to environmental sustainability. It does not assume prior knowledge and does not require you to become an expert. Instead, it provides a foundation, a starting point for understanding, reflection, and informed discussion, both in everyday life and at work.
Estimated time to complete: approximately 45 minutes.
Together, we will reconnect with the place we all share.
This is our planet. Our responsibility.
Our home.
Headphones are recommended for the best experience.
