About Lernee

I’m a learning designer with over 10 years of experience creating high-quality digital training for organisations across different industries.

Over the past decade, I’ve designed online courses, interactive learning journeys, and visually rich training experiences focused on real workplace needs. My work combines instructional design, clear storytelling, and strong visual design, with one goal in mind: making training meaningful, memorable, and genuinely useful.

Lernee is a new learning platform built to deliver essential workplace training in a better way. Many mandatory courses, such as sustainability, health and safety, or cyber security, are treated as box-ticking exercises. They are often dull, passive, and quickly forgotten. Lernee exists to change that.

The courses on Lernee are designed to be modern, interactive, and engaging, without losing the seriousness required for compliance and professional training. They focus on clarity, participation, and practical understanding, rather than long presentations or endless text.

At the moment, Lernee offers a course on environment and sustainability, with more essential training topics planned over time. As the course library grows, individuals and businesses will be able to access ready-to-use training that supports real skills, awareness, and responsible behaviour at work.

Lernee is built and developed by one person, but with a clear ambition: to raise the quality of workplace learning and make essential training something people actually want to complete and share.
